The San Diego Chapter of UNAA was reorganized in the fall of 1994 after a period of dormancy to serve the more than 1,000 University of Nebraska alumni and friends residing in San Diego County.
Our annual Founders’ Day Celebrations are usually held during the winter to provide a warm escape for our guests from Nebraska.
The Chapter’s governing board strives to offer member’s a range of activities consistent with the stated mission of the Nebraska Alumni Association and the San Diego Chapter. Suggestions are always welcome and we encourage members to become active participants in the board and various volunteer committees.

Buy chance, I ran into Chad Butts who was wearing a Nebraska shirt at the gym this morning in Temecula, so I asked him about his connection. I’ll be joining your San Diego Huskers group and look forward to meeting you. I was recruited out of San Diego in 1978 to play baseball for Nebraska… Elite48baseball.com
